Lisa joined JPB Financial Planning in 2016 and brings over 20 years of administration experience within the financial services industry. Her background spans a range of sectors, including pensions, mortgages, and investments, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the processes and systems that support successful financial planning.

Lisa holds the Award in Financial Administration and has developed in-depth expertise in the processing and management of financial investment products. She plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of JPB’s back-office operations, supporting advisers and paraplanners with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Highly organised and client-focused, Lisa is known for her reliability and proactive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues. Whether managing documentation, tracking applications, or liaising with providers, she helps ensure a seamless experience for all involved.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of the great outdoors.
